Physical disabilities often have to make people cannot enjoy the technology. This is a concern for Su hyun Kim, he had the idea to create a concept mobile phone that could be use by the deaf or hard hearing people.
Until now people with less hearing capability has difficulty using mobile phone.
Yes, of course they can use mobile phone but it limits only use for sms and messenger. This condition was inspiring Kim in creating a one of hi tech gadgets that is concept of mobile phone for the deaf.
With this cell phone hard of hearing person can communicate with others who speak on the telephone. How?
So, this concept mobile phone has technology that could change voice into text-writing and otherwise also convert text into voice. This mobile phone designed like roll of paper with a display in the center, which can be rolled because it was not made of glass.
When the users want to communicate, they only widen this cell phone screen and type the sentence that would be in say, which will then be transformed into a voice that can be heard on the other side.
Or other hands, it will translate voice into readable text sentences.
This idea is very good and very supportive for the deaf or hard of hearing people, thanks to Kim. But it seems there will be obstacles in using this device, it may take quite a long time to type a sentence for a conversation and then translated into sound. This is of course making the duration will be longer and more expensive telephone charges.
Hopefully in the future it could be improved so people with less hearing capability can immediately use this kind of mobile phone, one of the awaiting latest gadgets.
